Any client that is referred by our Realtor Partners to the Dehart Team of Nova Home Loans using this form will be called within 60 minutes of receipt as long as it is received during the following hours – Monday thru Saturday 9AM to 7PM any Sunday submission will be called Monday morning. If a call is not made within 60 minutes up to $425.00 will be credited to your client for their appraisal fee if they use Nova Home Loans for their financing!
