Any client that is referred by Team Emanuele or through this website to the Dehart Team of Nova Home Loans using this form will be called within 60 minutes of receipt as long as it is received during the following hours – Monday thru Saturday 9AM to 7PM any Sunday submission will be called Monday morning. If a call is not made within 60 minutes up to $425.00 will be credited back to you for your appraisal as long as you use Team Emanuele as your Real Estate professional and Nova Home Loans for your financing!
